Hot-rolled steel coil is the base material of most steel fabrication. Otelrom supplies it from European mills as full coils, as strips slit to the exact width your line needs, or as sheets cut to length, with EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates.

Hot-rolled coil is rolled above the steel's recrystallisation temperature; it has a dark mill scale surface, wider tolerances and lower cost. Cold-rolled coil is rolled again at room temperature: smoother surface, tighter thickness tolerance, higher price. For structures, tubes and general fabrication hot-rolled is the usual choice.
Yes. Longitudinal slitting is our core service. Send the required widths, tolerance and coil weight and we prepare a cutting plan that minimises scrap.
Every prime lot comes with the mill's EN 10204 3.1 test certificate showing chemistry and mechanical properties, plus the origin declaration. CE marking is available for construction grades under EN 10025.
One coil, or one truck of about 22 to 24 tonnes for delivered orders. Recurring call-off programmes are welcome.
Yes, subject to the buyer and end use passing the sanctions checks we run on every order, and with transport organised to the border or to the customer's site as agreed.
