For general structures in the EU the reference is EN 10025-2: S235JR for light structures, S275JR for medium loads, S355J2 where strength or low-temperature toughness matters. Your engineer's drawing states the grade; we supply exactly that grade with its certificate.

Thickness tolerances follow EN 10029, flatness and dimensions EN 10029 as well; tighter classes are available on request at a surcharge.
