DX51D is the base steel grade for bending and profiling under EN 10346; +Z means hot-dip zinc coating; 100 is the total zinc weight on both sides in grams per square metre. Z275 is the heavier, longer-lasting coating used outdoors.
Yes. Our slitting lines cut galvanised and cold-rolled coils into strips at the widths your roll-former or tube mill requires, with coil weights adapted to your equipment.
Cold-rolled coil with oiled surface is intended for painting after degreasing; galvanised coil is available chromated or with a passivation suited to subsequent painting. Tell us the finishing process and we specify accordingly.
One coil per width for prime material, or one truck for mixed widths. Recurring programmes with stock held for you are the most economical way to buy.
